We're seeking a Purchasing and Planning Coordinator with a dynamic personality to provide a meaningful impact with a focus on continuous improvement.
About the role:
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing and Planning Coordinator is responsible for the purchasing function for the business. In conjunction with the rest of the purchasing team, they will ensure our supply chain runs smoothly, and vendor relationships are maintained. They will also be responsible for the Production Planning Process for Vend-Packaging and Acton Dip line. Ensure adequate raw materials for the entire Acton Production process.
Superior Glove has locations in Ontario, Alberta and Newfoundland, Canada, New York, North Carolina and Louisiana USA, Honduras and Mexico. The successful candidate will be based in Acton, ON and must be willing and able to travel to other locations, sometimes with extended stays, as required.
Location:
This position is based on-site from our Acton, ON headquarters.
Responsibilities:

Ensure supplier compliance to SGW specifications, including artwork, receiving standards, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with teams in Acton and North Carolina to meet raw material requirements, coordinate maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) purchases, and support NetSuite data migration.
Qualifications:

Post secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Textile Studies or related program.
