Message from our Chief Executive Officer


Welcome to our website, which describes the numerous programs and services we offer from seven centres located in Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Clarkson/ Mississauga. We are proud of the positive impacts Centre services have on clients and businesses served and the prosperous futures enabled through the work we do.

As an independent charity, we are dedicated to building a healthy community through adult education via workforce development training. We are a service delivery agent for Employment Ontario providing free services and programs for job seekers and employers. We also deliver federally-funded programs including English language-training, settlement services as well as funded pre-apprenticeship skilled trades training.

Staff look forward to discussing how our centres can be a resource for you, providing information and access to employment services, skilled trades training, services for immigrants, as well as business and employer services.

Together, we can create meaningful employment for everyone.
