Facility Rentals

Is your company looking to rent a fully equipped off-site space for an upcoming meeting or training session?
Centre for Skills Development's headquarters in Burlington has a variety of meeting and training rooms available on a daily rental basis for a full day or a half day. Hours of operation are 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Meeting and training rooms can accommodate different sized groups – from small (8 people) up to very large (70 people). All rooms are equipped with WiFi, ceiling-mounted projector and screen, comfortable seating and tables. Room set-up can be changed as needed. Please inquire about available configurations.

Our Rooms

Community Room

  • Capacity: Large room with table seating for up to 70 guests. If tables aren't required, theatre seating can be arranged for 90-100 guests. Ideal for hosting large group meetings or training sessions.
  • Dimensions: 51’x 33’
  • Equipment: WiFi internet, ceiling-mounted projector, powered projection screen, podium with microphone, audio capability. Kitchenette attached with refrigerator and microwave.
  • Accessibility: Located on 2nd floor; not wheelchair accessible.

Workshop Room

  • Capacity: Large room with table seating for 25 guests. If tables aren't required, theatre seating can be arranged for up to 50 guests. Ideal for hosting large group meetings or training sessions.
  • Dimensions: 38’x 26’
  • Equipment: WiFi internet, Conference Phone Capability, Smart Board, Projector, Projection Screen
  • Accessibility: Located on 1st floor. Wheelchair accessible.

Full Day :$240.00+HST
Half Day :$160.00+HST

Computer Lab

  • Capacity: Seating capacity for up to 18 guests.
  • Dimensions: 38’x 26’
  • Equipment: WiFi internet, ceiling-mounted projector and screen. Computers have Windows 10, Office 2019
  • Accessibility: Located on 2nd floor; not wheelchair accessible.
