Free program for newcomers. This 8-week full time program is funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development and is available to newcomers interested in customer service careers in Ontario’s Hospitality and Retail Sector.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Adult immigrants (18+) who are residents of Ontario
  • Naturalized Canadian citizens, permanent residents, convention refugees or refugee claimants.
  • VISA Permit holders who are admitted under a federal caregiver program with a pathway to permanent residency.
  • You have achieved Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 4+

Program Details

  • September 7 to October 30, 2026
  • Monday to Friday,
    9:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Location

Classes are offered online via Zoom plus 3 days of
in-person training in Burlington, ON

For all online classes, learners are expected to use a computer or laptop with a functional camera turned on during class sessions.
