KTM is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This full-time, in-office role is integral to supporting our operations team with daily office duties and assisting the Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations and accounting teams.
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with project tracking and coordination.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of office administrative experience.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to monitor and track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
$23.00/hr ++ (higher for candidate with Accounting background)
