The Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction and Renovation Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of construction and renovation tasks, ensuring the highest quality standards, and contributing to the successful completion of projects.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation and finishing, mudding, painting, and tile setting, using a variety of construction tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to execute projects efficiently and ensure smooth operations across multiple sites.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and colleagues to ensure work is completed to specifications, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and equipment maintenance to ensure tools are in proper working condition.

Core Skills / Qualifications

• Proficiency in framing, drywall installation and finishing, painting, tile setting, and other construction tasks.
• Solid understanding of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Team player who collaborates effectively and maintains a positive, proactive attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (required).
• Clean criminal record (required)
