Location: Oakville 

Position: Automotive Parts Associate/Ecommerce Order Processor 

Salary: From $20.00 per hour 

No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need! You just need to be passionate about automotive 

 

Specific Skills: 

• Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service 

• Respond to online requests for assistance with ecommerce sites. Fluent or able to familiarize with ecommerce platforms (Shopify) 

• Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials 

• Identify, label and catalogue items received and post online with images and descriptions. 

• Store items in warehouse, tool room or storeroom supply area 

• Process incoming requisitions 

• Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use 

• Ship out orders to customer 

• Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies 

• Prepare and track work orders 

• Enter shipment tracking information for customers online purchases 

• Receive payments from retail customers online or at order desk 

• Maintain records on inventory control system 

• Answer customer inquiries 

• Look up parts for imported vehicles 

• Assisting customers by phone and in person 

• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages 

• Clean and tidy and maintain office area, supply area and warehouse 

 

Job Requirements: 

• Sit for extended periods of time 

• Pleasant telephone manner 

• Computer and office equipment skills and knowledge 

• Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and carrying items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching 

• Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
