Duties: 

• Assembly of large complex parts per traveler, blue prints, engineering drawings, &/or ABS instructions. 
• Assemble, fit and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finish products using hand and power tools. 
• Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly. 
• Deburring, grinding, frilling, tapping, honing, torqueing as needed. 
• Degreasing, cleaning, organizing, creating, packaging as required. 
• Operate cranes to transport or position large parts as required. 
   

Qualifications: 

• Good mechanical aptitude 
• Medium strength demands capable of lifting up to 50 Lbs. 
• Experience with use of air tools, impact wrenches, die grinders, electrical drills, torque equipment and general labour. 
• Experience lifting heavy parts with forklift and overhead cranes. 
• Ability to understand and carry out written instructions, job travelers, procedures & drawing. 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawing, & schematics as asset.
