Warehouse Worker / Supervisor
Infinity Group Construction - Burlington, ON
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliveries & Pickups: Coordinate and oversee the scheduling, loading, and unloading of materials and equipment for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track incoming and outgoing materials, and implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses.
• Fleet Management: Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of company vehicles, ensuring all fleet operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is well-organized, clean, and operates efficiently to support daily business operations.
• Snow Removal: Manage and execute snow removal around the warehouse and operational areas to ensure safe access during winter months.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment for employees.
• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity goals are met. Train new staff if needed.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory replenishment and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in fleet maintenance and logistics coordination is an asset.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy items when necessary.
• Certification(s) in applicable material handling equipment is considered an asset
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and quality systems
• Proficient in Word, Excel (maintain complex spreadsheets), and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams)
