HARP Security is currently in search of a qualified Security Dispatch Operators to join our team.

We are currently seeking FULL-TIME & PART-TIME customer-oriented candidates to join our team in our Communications Centre. We are looking to hire 1 Full-Time employee for a night shift/late afternoon continental rotation for our Dispatch Office. Additionally, we may need to hire a part-time person for weekend and stat holiday shifts, specifically for the afternoon shift.

This position is primarily Night shift with occasional Day shifts.

Description: Typical Daily Duties Include:
- Primary Client Liaison
- Administrative Duties; filing, reporting, correspondence
- Primary Communications Personnel - Monitoring Alarm software
- Live Camera Feeds and Video Surveillance
- Answering Phones and Assisting Clients
- Tracking and Documenting Activity
- Dispatching Mobile Units via two-way radio.

Requirements: 
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Must be comfortable answering phones and excel in client care
* Must have extensive experience with computers
* Must be able to type quickly and efficiently
* Must be able to provide own transportation to and from work.
