Workplace Language Training – Skilled Trades Exploration for Newcomers. This program comes with multiple guest speakers for your knowledge and awareness on different trades. I learnt how to tailor my resumes for any different jobs according to their own requirements and qualifications(never knew that before, thanks Angela). I am urge to learn how to write cover letters as my next step. It would be an even better program if it covers how to decide or pick your trades, including down sides/occupational health and safety issues for most trades during the general trades explorations. Any newcomer with absolutely no or little experiences(skill trades or Canadian work culture) would benefit so much from it. With most zoom class time with Natalie, she is a great help for my LinkedIn profile and much more.
