Joanna Bond 

My name is Joanna Bond and I entered your establishment on 25th January completely clueless regarding applying for employment and resume writing in general. Maha immediately came to my assistance and gave me everything I needed. She walked me through the application, formatted my resume and printed out copies. She encouraged me without making me feel small. She answered all my questions kindly and intelligently. 

I got the interview and subsequently after 2 interviews I won the job. Maha also came to my assistance each time I entered your office. I needed help with zoom interview and she provided me with everything I needed, including additional pointers making a very successful interview! 

Again, I got the job! Please treasure Maha. 

I have to thank Joanna, practicum student who was enormously helpful and clearly a great addition to this team. She very kindly and patiently took my draft and transferred it into a successful resume. They both are sincerely overjoyed with my success which is heartwarming.
