Grateful Beyond Words!

As I reflect on the past eight weeks of customer service training with Centre for Skills, I can’t help but feel immense gratitude for the incredible experience. Though the classes have ended and graduation is complete, I still feel deeply connected to the journey and the amazing people I met along the way.

A huge thank you to Angela Spadafora for leading such an insightful and engaging program. From learning about Canadian work culture and ethics to customer-centric approaches, guest speaker sessions, and crafting competitive cover letters and résumés—every session was a valuable step toward professional growth.

A special shoutout to Melissa for her incredible support in preparing us for interview questions, which is truly the key to entering the job market. She worked on our mindset, giving us the confidence and courage to reach our goals with positivity and focus. Her Mindfulness Sessions were also a perfect way to channel our thoughts and energy.

Beyond the learning, what truly stood out was the warmth, support, and encouragement from everyone involved. I’m so grateful for this experience and for the opportunity to meet such inspiring individuals.
