My ELT Story: Before & After
Before ELT, I had experience working with children and families back home in Afghanistan, but I didn’t know how to transfer those skills into the Canadian workplace. I wasn’t confident in professional English and didn’t know where to begin.

After joining ELT, everything started to make sense. I learned about Canadian workplace culture, improved my communication skills, and gained the confidence I needed. With the amazing support of Marcella, I prepared for interviews and got a job in the education field. Ryan also helped me build a strong resume that truly reflected my skills and experience.

ELT gave me direction, hope, and the tools I needed to succeed. I’m so thankful for this journey.
