Free program for newcomers. This 8-week full time program is funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development and is available to newcomers who are interested in learning more about careers in the customer service field in Ontario.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Adult immigrants (18+) who are residents of Ontario
  • Naturalized Canadian citizens, permanent residents, convention refugees or refugee claimants.
  • VISA Permit holders who are admitted under a federal caregiver program with a pathway to permanent residency.
  • You have achieved Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) Level 4+

Program Details

  • May 26 – July 21, 2025
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Location

On-line via Zoom. For all our online classes, learners are expected to use a computer or laptop with a functional camera turned on during class.
