The Role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. This role ensures efficient operations, cost control, supplier performance, and timely delivery to meet business and customer demands. Team player, has a positive attitude, and is willing to go the extra mile for our internal and external customers. This position reports to President of the company.

What you will do:

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
  • Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and service levels
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships

3. Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Oversee inventory control processes and ensure accuracy
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory
  • Optimize warehouse layout and operations for efficiency

4. Logistics & Distribution

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
  • Monitor freight costs and carrier performance

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Support production planning and customer order fulfillment
  • Communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans

6. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
  • Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Your skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
