About This Role
We’re seeking an organized detail-oriented creative communicator to manage our media content and studio operations while supporting our CEO. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging content, connecting with community, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
Media & Content Creation (Bringing our story to life)
- Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and marketing materials
- Create engaging social media content that reflects our established brand
- Capture studio moments, artwork, and events through photography/videography
- Design graphics and visual content for promotions and announcements
- Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all media
Community & Client Communication (Connecting with our people)
- Manage email correspondence with clients, artists, and community members
- Craft and send announcements for gallery events, new artwork, and promotions
- Respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism (both written and in-person)
- Provide exceptional client support in studio when CEO is with other clients or unavailable
- Build and nurture relationships with our creative community
Marketing & Outreach Support (Expanding our reach)
- Research and update designer and client contact database (calls, emails, online research)
- Track and report social media and website performance metrics
- Identify new designer prospects and community partnership opportunities
- Support promotional campaigns and event marketing
Studio & Gallery Operations (Making our space shine)
- Organize and optimize gallery workflow for better client accessibility
- Curate and sort materials (paper mats by number/color, frame samples)
- Label artwork with pricing, artist information, and potentially QR codes
- Maintain a welcoming, professional gallery environment
- Refresh studio aesthetics as needed (painting walls, organizing stations)
Executive Support (Being the CEO’s right hand)
- Order samples, supplies, and materials as needed
- Provide artist liaison support (communications, logistics)
- Assist with event coordination and workshop preparation
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum education: Completed university level bachelor program
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Intermediate photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skill with the ability to edit your own work.
- Highly skilled with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service or support role
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to master new skills quickly
- Physical ability to perform studio tasks (organizing, light painting, arranging displays)
- Bonus: Experience with photography, videography, art, design, framing, or creative industries
