One can focus primarily on days/evenings and the other on evenings/nights/weekends, depending on contracts.
Purpose: Provide field supervision and immediate operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect client sites
- Verify guard attendance and appearance
- Confirm compliance with post orders
- Review patrols and reports
- Coach guards
- Respond to incidents
- Assist with emergency replacement
- Conduct mobile patrols
- Deliver equipment
- Investigate service complaints
- Communicate with clients
- Escalate serious issues to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Valid applicable security licence
- Security experience with supervisory experience preferred
- Driver’s licence and suitable driving record where driving is required
- Excellent judgment
- Report writing
