Role Summary
T Cannabis is seeking a knowledgeable, responsible, and customer-focused Retail Store Associate. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers on cannabis products, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant retail environment. We value team players who are eager to grow, with many associates advancing to management positions within a year.
Please note that this position requires delivery with a personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Report to duty punctually, and in appropriate and outlined attire according to dress code standards
- Maintain company standards and policies while ensuring that legal standards are met
- Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Confidently represent the sessions brand and ideals
- Educate customers on cannabis products and how to safely consume cannabis
- Fulfilling and delivering customer orders using own vehicle
- Receive, organize, and categorize cannabis products and accessories
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained daily
- Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under
- Abide by all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a retail setting
- Valid CannSell certificate or willingness to obtain one
- A criminal background check from local authorities or willingness to obtain one
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Availability for shift work any time between 9:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday
