Peninsula Imports is a trusted dealership known for exceptional service and quality. We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • ·      As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service,
    managing communications, and supporting dealership operations.
  • ·      Manage the dealership’s phone switchboard, direct calls, and forward messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • ·      File and sort invoices for sales, service, and parts as required.
  • ·      Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
  • ·      Maintain accurate logbooks for customer visits, dealership traffic, and plate usage.
  • ·      Assist with the preparation of deal folders for the sales team.
  • ·      Support the stocking-in of vehicles in dealership systems.

Requirements

  • ·      Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • ·      Good English, phone etiquette.
  • ·      Familiarity with a multi-line telephone system and strong phone etiquette. Valid Ontario G driver’s license.
  • ·      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • ·      Various administrative tasks including but not limited to: A/P and A/R, scheduling service appointments, filing, managing databases, processing vehicle sales.
