 We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Sales team in Burlington. Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will work with our Sales and Project Management employees to support project delivery activities on secured orders, and ensure our jobs stay on-time and above expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Liaising with project managers to support project delivery activities
• Completing change notice administration Issuing purchase orders to manufacturers and validate acknowledgement
• Managing fulfillment process, including receipt, packing, and shipping
• Arranging shipments as required, coordinating with internal/external logistics and customer contacts
• Establishing and maintaining working relationships with sales team and external vendors
• Other responsibilities as assigned

What You Bring

• A post secondary education in Construction Management, Project Management, or another related equivalent
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Project Coordinator role
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP system considered an asset
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external project stakeholders
• The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
• Comfortability in a changing environment with multiple deadlines
• The ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
