Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel to clients’ homes within the assigned service area
- Perform residential cleaning duties including:
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas
- Follow MaidPro’s professional cleaning checklist and quality standards
- Maintain communication with the office regarding schedules and client updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction through attention to detail and friendly service
- Represent MaidPro professionally in appearance, conduct, and service
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Available to work Monday to Friday (part-time or full-time)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- No prior cleaning experience required – full training is provided
