Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring Plumbing Apprentices, 2nd through 5th year, for a large commercial plumbing project with an educational client in Ontario. This role involves plumbing installation on an active commercial construction site, with wages commensurate with your apprenticeship level and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including domestic water, drainage, gas, and storm systems
  • Work from mechanical drawings and specifications on an active commercial construction site
  • Support rough in and finishing work, fixture installation, and system testing
  • Use digital platforms for safety, job tracking, and daily timesheets
  • Ensure job site safety and maintain compliance with WSIB, OHSA, and other regulations
  • Work as part of a crew on a fixed schedule, including site access and conduct requirements for an occupied educational facility

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements

  • Registered plumber apprentice, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th year, with Skilled Trades Ontario
  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence with a clean abstract
  • Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check or Criminal Background Check before starting
  • Working at Heights, WHMIS, and CSTS certification, or willingness to obtain these
  • Reliable attendance and strong mechanical aptitude

Nice to Have

  • Commercial or institutional job site experience
  • Familiarity with digital job tracking platforms
  • Dual ticket or cross trade exposure (Plumbing and HVAC)
  • Strong communication and jobsite teamwork skills
