Rate of Pay: $20.00-21.00 per hour plus commission opportunities and benefits. 

JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for managing Web Order requests, e-mails sent to CAsales@ (requests from the website) while assuring customers receive timely responses and the highest level of service. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage customer inquiries sent to Radwell via the internet or through other electronic means generally not initiated by telephone inquiry.
  • Manage sales opportunities for sales leads originating from the internet for the brokered/distribution sales division (new products) and remanufactured/used products division; perform all sales tasks to turn the opportunity into a billable sale.
  • Respond to customer inquiries to Radwell by phone, email or through other means. 
  • Assure all requests are responded to.
  • Assign web request and GPS (Global Part Sourcing) inquiries.
  • Source products for manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell (new products).
  • Negotiate best purchase price for manufacturers not regularly supplied by Radwell (new products).
  • Check inventory (i.e. “PLC Center” inventory) and fulfill order out of inventory if possible.
  • Ensure high degree of customer satisfaction as measured by our automated survey system, customer feedback and other means.
  • Process CA Web Orders. 
  • Correspond with customers if clarification, approval, or notification is required for a Web Order. 
  • Build new customers in sales order processing systems; capture complete and accurate information for new and existing customers. 
  • Interact with all departments within Radwell to effectively meet customer commitments.
  • Perform product and price maintenance in “pricetool” and other business systems; Build new part numbers as needed; maintain product sourcing database.
  • Assist in business system database cleanup and ongoing maintenance.

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • High school diploma or equivalent, advanced degree is strongly preferred 
  • Basic computer knowledge/experience
