About the Role
Tap’N’Care Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and administrative coordination at our Milton office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, documentation, and working closely with internal teams in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation
- Track attendance, reports, and administrative data
- Support internal teams, instructors, and program activities
- Handle confidential information professionally
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
