Job Title: NetSuite ERP Systems Configuration & Management Specialist
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
We are seeking a NetSuite ERP Systems Configuration & Management Specialist to join our team for a one-year contract. This role is ideal for a skilled ERP professional with deep NetSuite expertise who thrives on optimizing systems and streamlining operations—especially in a specialty manufacturing environment. You’ll be our go-to expert for developing, configuring, and customizing our NetSuite platform to eliminate inefficiencies and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, customization, and ongoing management of our cloud-based NetSuite ERP system
- Develop, test, and refine NetSuite solutions that align with operational goals
- Assist in upgrading and enhancing the system to boost efficiency and support scaling
- Integrate features and tools that eliminate offline or manual processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advise on NetSuite best practices and industry trends
- Serve as the in-house ERP systems subject matter expert, especially in the context of specialty manufacturing operations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration, development, and management experience
- Proven ability to customize and program within NetSuite, adapting the system for specific business needs
- Demonstrated experience working with specialty manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of cloud-based ERP system architecture and best practices
- NetSuite Certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or similar) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
