Lawn Care Crew Member

Full-Time | $20–$22/hr to Start + Performance Bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulch installation and property detailing
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Following safety procedures and team standards
- Supporting the Crew Leader to complete routes efficiently
This is physical, fast-paced outdoor work.
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (training available for the right person)
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
