What You’ll Be Doing

    • Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
    • Spring and fall cleanups
    • Mulch installation and property detailing
    • Maintaining clean, professional job sites
    • Following safety procedures and team standards
    • Supporting the Crew Leader to complete routes efficiently
    • This is physical, fast-paced outdoor work.

What We’re Looking For

    • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
    • Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (training available for the right person)
    • Reliable and punctual
    • Positive attitude and team mindset
    • Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
    • Valid driver’s license is an asset
    • Legally eligible to work in Canada
