About the Role:

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a tenacious closer to join our Sales Team! If you aggressively prospect for business, sell with confidence and integrity, and understand your client’s needs deeply, this opportunity is for you.

You will:

  • Prospect and sign up new clients in the City Wide defined target market.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Pass clients to the account management team after sale.
  • Work in a high-activity role requiring excellent prospecting, territory building, and closing skills.

Successful Jr. Sales Executives:

  • Earn $75K–$100K in their first year.
  • Peak performers can earn $130K+ in their second year.
  • Benefit from an uncapped commission structure.

Essential Functions:

  • Efficiently prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process  schedule appointments, understand client needs, create proposals, and make presentations.
  • Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals and quotes.
  • Build and maintain a strong daily prospect pipeline.
  • Use and manage CRM to capture and enter customer information.
  • Close business prospects according to City Wide’s target market and sales goals.
  • Thrive in a positive, fast-paced work atmosphere.
  • Prospect within an assigned territory in the Peel region of the GTA.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma required
    Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • 1-2+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred (e.g., Janitorial Sales, Office Supplies, Uniform Companies, Car Rental Companies)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Organized, able to move clients efficiently from prospect to close.
  • Experience with short and long sales cycles, strong closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM management and regular updates.
  • Preferred sales training certifications (e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie).
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality.
  • Excellent communicator able to deliver presentations and conduct one-on-one meetings.
  • Strong skills in MS Office including Outlook.
  • Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle for work-related travel.

Compensation Details:

  • First-year total compensation (OTE): $75,000+
  • Base pay: $45,000 – $75,000 per year
  • Car allowance for business kilometers
  • Overtime pay
  • Bonus pay on quarterly quota achievement
  • Uncapped commissions (first 3 months guaranteed)
  • Second-year OTE: $100,000 – $130,000
