Industrial Refrigeration Journeyman – GTA

Join our team as an Industrial Refrigeration Journeyman and play a key role in delivering high-quality service and maintenance to our industrial and commercial refrigeration clients across the GTA. In this mobile, hands-on role, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and recommend upgrades while ensuring safety and compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License, have 2+ years of experience with ammonia or CO₂ systems, and are confident working independently or as part of a team in dynamic field environments.

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver mobile service support to our industrial and commercial refrigeration clients across the GTA. 
• Perform preventative maintenance and identify opportunities for system upgrades or repairs. 
• Communicate service needs and recommendations to customers and account managers. 
• Participate in our rotating on-call schedule throughout the year. 
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures. 

What You Bring :

• Valid Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License. 
• 2+  years of experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration. 
• Valid driver’s license in good standing. 
• Experience with ammonia or CO₂ refrigerants. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Gas Fitter license and controls experience are considered assets.
