 Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring for a full-time HVAC Technician, 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyman. This role involves commercial fieldwork (including hospitals) and requires flexibility for shift work and occasional after-hours service.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot systems, clearly document work
  • Use digital platforms (e.g., Site Docs, House Call Pro) for safety, job tracking, and client updates
  • Ensure job site safety and maintain compliance with WSIB, OHSA, and other regulations
  • Deliver a professional customer experience that is clean, prompt, communicative
  • Work rotating or scheduled shifts as needed, including some emergency/on-call coverage

 Qualifications: Minimum Requirements

  • 3rd, 4th Year Apprentice, Journeyman or fully licensed 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic
  • Valid Gas Technician License (G2 or G1)
  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence with clean abstract
  • Must pass criminal record check and driver’s abstract
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and digital documentation skills
  • Shift availability and on-call flexibility

 Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare/HVAC infrastructure
  • Familiarity with platforms like Site Docs, Jobber, or House Call Pro
  • Dual ticket (Plumbing + HVAC)
  • Strong communication and jobsite leadership skills
