Full job description:

We are a large Health and Fitness Centre in Burlington. The person fit for this job would be someone with experience in front desk/reception positions. We are seeking someone whom is used to working in a fast paced setting, can multi-task, is reliable, punctual and responsible.  

The front desk agent reports to the Office Manager and is expected to provide courteous and efficient telephone, reception, and clerical support to all clients and assists with clerical duties. 

The qualifications needed to join our family are as follows: 

  • High School graduate or G.E.D. 
  • Working knowledge of computers. 
  • Demonstrates expedient data entry skills. 
  • A minimum of one (1) year prior experience in a similar job capacity. 
  • Ability to handle multiple incoming telephone lines and multiple tasks. 
  • Ability to operate general office equipment (calculator, photocopier, postage meter, fax machine, etc.) 
  • Good organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Must be level-headed and calm in emergencies.
