Summary

We are seeking a motivated & Talented Telemarketer to join our dynamic team at Capital For Market. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients across Canada and the US, promoting our business funding services and contributing to our expansion into other sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote business loan services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French & Spanish is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and customer service.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
