The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Crew Leader to manage a residential maintenance route and lead a small crew. You will operate a company truck and trailer, oversee daily production, and ensure every property meets standards. This is a hands-on leadership position — not just a labour role.

Daily Responsibilities Maintenance & Property Care

    • Weekly lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing
    • Spring cleanups
    • Fall cleanups
    • Mulch installation
    • Hedge trimming and pruning
    • Detailed property finishing work

Team Leadership & Production

    • Execute routes efficiently and on schedule
    • Maintain strong production pace without sacrificing quality
    • Train and guide crew members
    • Ensure job sites are clean and professional
    • Communicate clearly with management

Equipment & Safety

    • Confidently drive truck and trailer
    • Load, secure, and maintain equipment properly
    • Follow safety standards on road and job sites

Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years professional lawn care experience
    • Strong residential maintenance background
    • Experience with spring and fall cleanups
    • Confident towing and maneuvering trailers
    • Valid G licence with clean driving record
    • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation

Starting wage: $23–$30 per hour (based on proven experience)
