 What You’ll Do

  • Support Accounts Receivable with processing, follow‑ups, and customer calls
  • Complete data entry with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail
  • Answer and direct phone calls with a helpful, proactive approach
  • Provide general administrative support, including producing packing tickets and invoices, processing credits, price adjustments, customer updates and account maintenance
  • Offer backup support to leadership and other departments during busy periods or absences
  • Step in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly
