Processing incoming payments, invoicing, and client accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping also assisting with credit-related tasks, such as processing applications and monitoring credit risk.
Maintain and update customer profiles including setting up new customers and updating changes to their credit limits.
Post customers’ payments to the Accounts Receivable Subledger and ensure that they match bank deposits on a daily basis.
Approve, release, or hold orders based on customer’s payment history and/or credit limit.
Support the branch controller and the corporate credit manager with ad-hoc requests.
Required Skills:
Understanding of credit and collections and full business cycle – order to cash.
Proven communicator and relationship-builder.

Able to work independently and also someone who can follow directions well.
Problem solver with solid negotiation skills.
Brings a positive attitude to tackle any problem head on, demonstrating adaptability and patience.
Understanding of credit insurance would be beneficial (but is not necessary).
