Who are Employment Specialists?

Our Employment Specialists are highly trained professionals with extensive experience helping individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels unlock their potential, secure suitable employment, and achieve their career goals.

Employment Specialists work with you to define your short- and long-term goals, assess your skills, conduct an effective job search, prepare for interviews, secure a job, and plan a career path for lasting success. Think of them as your personal career coach, guiding and supporting you every step of the way.

How much does it cost? 

Our services are completely free. This fully funded program, provided by the Government of Ontario, is designed to help individuals develop valuable skills, secure meaningful employment, and build a career tailored to their needs.

Who is eligible?

This program is available to unemployed or underemployed individuals who are Canadian citizens, CUAET holders, permanent residents, or refugees with a social insurance number, residing in Ontario.
