Pay: $60,000-$80,000 a year
What You’ll Do
Install & Commission
- Install and commission filtration systems, machinery, and wear-material components at customer sites
- Assemble and prep equipment in-house alongside the Engineering team
- Complete a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before every job
Service & Troubleshoot
- Inspect, service, and repair equipment on-site and remotely
- Diagnose equipment and component failures, and lead root cause analysis
- Provide remote troubleshooting support to customers
- Travel to customer sites across Canada, the U.S., and internationally
Support & Grow the Business
- Complete detailed service reports after every site visit
- Support the warranty process and follow technical procedures
- Promote K Factor products, services, and OEM spare parts
- Spot new sales and future-work opportunities in the field
What You Bring
- Engineering/Technology diploma or degree, or equivalent hands-on experience with filtration equipment
- 5+ years in an applicable industry, ideally in field service, installation, commissioning, or a factory setting
- Solid grasp of the industrial/mining aftermarket and its customers
- Comfort reading prints and technical drawings
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and passport, with willingness to travel
