Job Brief

Our company is looking for a Shift Leader to guide our sanitation team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a lead hand while the supervisor is out of reach
  • Assign and perform the duties of cleaning all the food processing machines
  • Use different cleaning approaches such as water rinse, foam, sanitizer etc.
  • Train and coach new employees
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the whole facility including machines, compactors, windows and other applicable areas

Job Terms

  • Job Type: Permanent Full-time
  • Probationary Period: 3 months or 480 hours, whichever longer
  • Work Location: 2501-A Stanfield Rd, Mississauga ON, L4Y 1R6
  • Shift Requirement: 6 days per week, 7 hours per day, Sunday to Friday. 10 pm to 6 am.
  • Compensation: $23 per hour
  • Benefits: Group Benefits entitlement upon completion of probation time

Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years sanitation related experience is a must
