Sales Representative – Lawn Care

Full job description

We are a growing lawn care company serving the Mississauga and Oakville area, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be the voice of our company — answering inbound calls, reaching out to potential clients, and selling our full range of lawn care services including:

• Lawn mowing and maintenance
• Lawn and property cleanup

 What You’ll Do: 

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Make outbound sales calls to residential and commercial prospects
• Sell and upsell our lawn care service packages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal communication and sales skills
• Confident and persuasive phone manner
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
• Knowledge of lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not required

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay plus commission on sales
• Flexible schedule
