Position Summary
Road Star Trucking is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to join our growing operations team in Milton, Ontario. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, receiving, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming freight and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required.
- Inspect products and shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and meet customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to support daily operations.
- Identify operational issues and use sound judgment and critical thinking skills to recommend solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Valid forklift certification/license required.
- Demonstrated experience operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems are considered an asset.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milton facility.

Working Conditions
