 Load Covering Solutions leads the truck tarp industry in innovation and product diversity. We are a custom job shop requiring candidates to be able to be versatile and be able to retain product manufacturing and assembly knowledge.  Qualifications:

 Candidate must have be able to speak and read English. Must be capable of reading work orders, working within identified timelines, function as a team member or be able to work independently. Must be able to do basic math, read a tape measure and lift 50 pounds. Must have excellent manual dexterity to work with small parts and machines. Must be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Must be reliable and be able to report to work every day on time. Must be flexible and demonstrate initiative on a daily basis. Must be able to perform work with an attention to detail, quality and accuracy.

 Job Duties:

• Review and understand work order for work to be performed
• Understand and execute work flow processes and procedures
• Follow directions and manufacturing instructions on all orders
• Manufacture and assemble products correctly and within specified timelines
• Adhere and follow all health and safety regulations
• Perform quality control checks on work performed by self
• Clean all completed work and correctly package for shipment or installation
• Complete repairs on tarps as required
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Accurately mark and measure materials for manufacture
• Complete all work within the timeline specified
• Other duties as assigned
