Mississauga / Oakville / Burlington / Milton, ON
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Saturdays during peak season if needed)

Compensation: $50,000–$65,000+ per year

(Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses)

Our Services Include:

    • Spring & fall clean-ups

    • Mulch installations
    • Seasonal property services

We are scaling aggressively and building real systems. We are looking for someone ambitious, organized, and performance-driven who wants to grow with the company long term.

Your Impact Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Answer inbound calls and respond to web leads quickly
    • Send same-day estimates using Jobber
    • Follow up on open estimates
    • Upsell additional services
    • Follow up on unpaid invoices
    • Help maintain strong cash flow and low Accounts Receivable

Operations & Structure

    • Schedule and dispatch crews efficiently
    • Adjust routes based on weather and changes
    • Maintain an organized and accurate Jobber system
    • Track daily revenue and completed jobs
    • Handle client communication professionally

You will play a key role in protecting revenue and improving efficiency.
