Hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily lawn maintenance operations, scheduling, dispatch, and crew performance.

What You’ll Own Daily Execution

- Build and control weekly schedules and routes
- Dispatch crews and adjust in real time (weather, call-outs, changes)
- Ensure trucks leave prepared and organized
- Keep production moving without chaos
Field Leadership

- Lead Crew Leaders with authority and clarity
- Set the tone each morning
- Enforce quality standards across all properties
- Step into the field when needed
Performance & Accountability

- Track labor efficiency and route completion
- Reduce callbacks and quality issues
- Identify operational bottlenecks
- Improve systems and communication
- Make sure the owner is not solving daily problems
What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years experience leading crews or field operations
- Strong scheduling and dispatch background
- Proven ability to hold people accountable
- Calm under pressure and decisive
- Comfortable with software and operational tracking
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
You must be a player-coach — able to lead, think, and execute.

Compensation
