Residential Cleaner

Compensation: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary: We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values punctuality, and enjoys creating clean, comfortable spaces for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Follow company cleaning checklists and standards
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Report any maintenance or safety issues

Qualifications: 

• Previous residential cleaning experience is an asset
• A valid driver’s license is an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• A mandatory background check is required
• Ability to clearly understand and communicate in English
• Physically able to lift up to 25–35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
