As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM), you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure efficiency across all service delivery functions. You will play a key role in process optimization, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to meet productivity targets and quality standards
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of direct management experience
  • Conversational fluency in English and French
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
