About the Role
Tap’N’Care Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our presence with long-term care and retirement homes. This is a sales-focused, field-based role responsible for generating new business through in-person outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities

  • Visit long-term care and retirement homes to introduce Tap’N’Care services
  • Build relationships with administrators and care leaders
  • Generate new business opportunities and support deal conversion
  • Track leads, visits, and follow-ups
  • Represent Tap’N’Care professionally in the community

 Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in sales or business development
  • Comfortable with in-person, field-based sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven and results-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and local travel availability
