About the Role
Tap’N’Care Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our presence with long-term care and retirement homes. This is a sales-focused, field-based role responsible for generating new business through in-person outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit long-term care and retirement homes to introduce Tap’N’Care services
- Build relationships with administrators and care leaders
- Generate new business opportunities and support deal conversion
- Track leads, visits, and follow-ups
- Represent Tap’N’Care professionally in the community
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in sales or business development
- Comfortable with in-person, field-based sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and local travel availability
