Lucky Supply is a wholesale grocery based in Mississauga that has operated since 2014. We have expanded rapidly in the last several years thanks to our customers and employees. To meet customers’ increasing demands, Lucky Supply delivers to different areas in GTHA (Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area) multiple times a week and works with local and international suppliers to cater to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reading and picking from order sheets when delivering to customers
- Delivering orders on time according to a scheduled route
- Making sure the client signs the delivery invoice and picks up payments
- Transporting client’s orders from our warehouse in Downtown to clients around the Toronto
- Reviewing orders to ensure they are accurate
- Accurately Loading and unloading delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle
- Working with Sales and Warehouse staff to ensure smooth customer service
- Keeping track of the mileage log
- Report any problems (i.e. damages to the vehicle, shortage with an order, etc.) to the supervisor (if any)
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable driving long distances
- Ability to communicate in English or Chinese
- Familiarity with routes in and around GTA
- Understanding food products is an asset
- Good customer service skills
- Valid G license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Open to work on statutory holidays and weekends
Experience:
- Minimum 2 year of delivery driving experience with commercial trucks (Preferred) but willing to train
- Minimum 3 year of driving experience with full G license (Required)
