Assembler

Full time Salary: $19 – $20 per hour 

Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm Full-time permanent day shift 

Overtime: If required 

Benefits: Medical and dental included after 3 months probation period.  

TCR Machining manufactures and assembles a premium product line of copper wire recycling machines. With on-the-job training, specific skills are not needed, however a positive and work oriented attitude is essential. 

Job Details 

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Produce sub assemblies and complete assemblies for the StripMeister Original 
• Use fixtures, hand tools and power tools to assemble parts 
• Follow established standardized operating procedures 
• Verify quality by inspecting completed assemblies 
• Recognize when there is a problem and inform supervisor 
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Skills/Qualifications 

• Capable of performing repetitive work 
• Ability to maintain a high level of quality 
• Work experience in a manufacturing environment 
• Fluent communication in English 
• High school diploma 

Education 

• Secondary School (preferred)
