Dispatch and Parts Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized HVAC Technician Dispatch and Parts Coordinator to join our team. The HVAC Technician Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, ensuring timely dispatch of HVAC technicians, and maintaining clear communication with both technicians and clients.

Duties:

• Coordinate and schedule HVAC service calls
• Communicate with HVAC technicians to ensure timely dispatch and job completion
• Utilize service management systems to track job progress and technician availability
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Analyze service data to optimize technician routes and schedules
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and technicians
• Handle emergency service calls and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate urgent repairs

Experience:

• Previous experience in a dispatch role preferred
• Familiarity with phone systems and service management systems like Service Titan
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately
• Experience in the HVAC or related industry is beneficial

Expected hours: 20 – 44 per week

Pay: $17.20–$24.00 an hour

Additional pay:

• Commission pay
